Yep, what are we gonna do? Stay home and let the damn commies have America for eight years?
A bunch of conservatives had that bright idea in 92, and look what that got us..

A bunch of conservatives had that bright idea in 92, and look what that got us.. We got the 1994 Republican revolution. But what has that gotten us? Newt quit, Dick Armey's gone. All of the Republicans that had any fire in their belly have left.
Republican politicians have a short term memory. I want to support the President, but I'm losing sight of where he is leading us.

That's been the Dem strategy for the past 20 years or so--"Vote for us because Republicans are eeevil."
It's really worked well for them, hasn't it?
See tagline.
If the GOP can't bother to actually be a conservative party, why should I bother supporting them? Fear of the Dems is a reason--it's just becoming a less and less convincing one all by itself. Especially now that the GOP itself seems to be run by people who are more comfortable with Ted Kennedy than Tom Tancredo.

Yea, it got us some real conservatives for a minute that took the congress in 1994. Maybe that is what we need- a real wake up call. I am voting constitution party unless the Republicans start acting conservative again. I say that with the exception of the house republicans.

Yep, what are we gonna do? Stay home and let the damn commies have America for eight years? Oh no. Let's just keep giving up one principle at a time until there's no difference at all between the Democrats and us. Hang tight, we're almost there.

Fortunately, congressional elections are every two years. There is little point of putting RINOs in place for another term so they can try to out-RAT the RATs. After the RATs gain the majority, and two years go by with no legislative accomplishment we can have a good debate in 2008 about policy, leadership, and vision. The nation survived eight years of Clinton, it will probably survive in the period from 2006 to 2008. The GOP needs to earn loyal conservative support by passing and having the POTUS sign appropriate legislation. If the GOP can't manage this feat with Congress and the White House in hand, then there is little hope for this bunch. Surely a different group of 535 folks in a country of 300 million can be found to replace the current bunch. Reagan managed to accomplish much in his first term with large RAT majorities in Congress. We are witness to a huge failure in leadership.

Yeah those stupid conservatives just don't like being lied to. They forgot it is ok as long as it is a Republican doing it.

We conservatives joined you in electing Bush for 2 terms.
Bush is no conservative.
Now it's your turn to join us in electing a conservative.

Well what are the Democrats gonna do different than what W is doing? Let the 20 million illegals stay?Or are they going to kick them out?Would the democrats sign the Campaign finance reform into law saying, oh the supreme court will throw this out as unconstitoutional ! Or maybe the democrats will campaign for Tom Delay for reelection as Bush did for Arlen Spector ?
Where is there something as a conservative, besides something as basic as survival that I can grasp onto, to support a President who I want to support !
Everytime this guy speaks he tells me I should support policies to help lawbreakers!
He has not put up a spirited fight for anything ,he folds like a cheap camera and it is going to be his downfall when the democrats impeach him

A bunch of conservatives had that bright idea in 92, and look what that got us.. Balanced budget, at least some imigration enforcement, and slower government growth. Doesn't look too bad these days.
