LOS ANGELES The U.S. Border Patrol is alerting the Mexican government to the locations of civilian border patrol groups when the organizations help detain suspected illegal immigrants or use violence against them, according to a published report.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection spokesman Mario Martinez told the Inland Valley Daily Bulletin of Ontario that the policy is meant to assure the Mexican government that migrants' rights are being observed.

That's right, everyone that has a fact related rational POV that is different than your own is a bushbot.
thanks for the heads up I caught it , he was right on!
I do not know how Bush can sleep at night when he's fighting a war that is costing American lives in the name of national security and then leaving the back door open for anyone to stroll in. How can we justify taking the fight to the enemy when we still welcome (even help) the enemy into our country and wring our hands over their "rights".
I have said the same thing many times and been ultra flamed.
Ask our guys to give their lives overseas but leave the back door open at home. Yep, makes sense to me too.
He is not allowing anything...that's a fabrication.
Most on this thread won't be happy unless the borders are militarized and every illegal is rounded up tomorrow and deported...no POTUS would ever be able to do that, even if that were their intent.
The Dems (or opposition) would scream martial law and police state using the scare tactics that are going on now to do the reverse...so, Bush has to do things the old fashioned way, which takes time. And very few here seem to respect that, granted its a big problem, but not worthy of the "I am never voting for a pub unless this gets solved...blah blah blah"...my thought on that is, those with that mentality never voted for Bush and/or a republican in the first place and are trolls fanning the flame of dissent within conservative ranks for their own political agenda...
Keep it up, brainiacs...play into the hands of ideologically misdirected.
Umm what FACT related POV? Tell me what Department is the "border control" in? I'll argue my facts over your baloney any day. Fact one, the American people overwhelmingly want our borders and immigration laws enforced. The party in power is doing nothing but giving lip service to the will of WE the People, and in fact has circumvented their will with talk of amnesty /shamnesty "guest worker" program. Presidente Bush should come on TV announce that we are closing the border and that all illegals should go home. That is what the people want. He should follow it up with action to support his words, unfortunately he continues to do nothing, allowing the situation to get worse. This country was founded because of Tyrants who refused to follow the will of the people. Are we headed in the same direction once again?
That is the challenge. Unfortunately, incumbents are very easily elected and easily withstand primary challengers. Absent replacing the RINO's with conservatives via the primaries, the only other option is to let them go down to defeat. Then, in the following election, there will be a contested primary where conservatives can be elected. It is a risky proposition, but if it can be done with just a few RINOs at a time, then we don't have to risk losing the House or Senate. The majorities will be reduced, but power can be maintained while a strong anti-illegal immigration voice will be heard by the politicians still in office. Hopefully, they will respond to a good strong jerk (i.e. by making an example of pro-illegal RINO's) that they will pay attention to the base.
Personally, I'm surprised that anyone thought the DHS/CBP Management would remain neutral or was on the side of the Minutemen.
Im not one bit surprised at this and I would not be surprised if they do more then just this.
bump for publicity
It's not "amnesty" its, ugh "path to citizenship", or um, "earned legalization" or whatever was last stuttered and and stammered forth from behind a White House podium.
What rights? They are trespassers. They are non-citizens. They are criminals.
What the U.S. Customs and Border Patrol are doing with this is helping to facilitate blatant and widespread commissions of a federal crime.
I am simply going to stop even trying to obey the law. Foreigners don't have to. Why should I?
We're all suckers to obey the law and pay taxes to a government this traitorous and crooked.
This is no longer a government of laws.
What the heck is your problem? Do you have reading comprehension trouble? OUR GOVERNMENT IS GIVING INFORMATION TO A FORIEGN GOVERNMENT, DESIGNED TO HOBBLE THE BORDER PATROL OF THEIR OWN COUNTRY!
I rarely type in caps. this means that I'm a little pissed off. The hell I'll stay home on election day, even if I have to write someone in. If Bush is the target of an impeachment process, it is no fault but his own agenda.
No. Don't read. Be happy. Become ecstatic. Tell your friends and neighbors how wonderful Republicans are. You're doing great. Don't stay home. Vote! Tell everyone you know to vote. Voting Republican is wonderful. Keep them in our capital. Praise them all. /s
That's right. You tell 'em. "Nothing to see here, folks. Please move along". /s
You're absolutely correct. I'm sure the Whitehouse will post something on their web site to calm everyone's nerves. /s
Ok.. Are you really being serious?
You do realize the definition of "brainiac" is "A highly intelligent person", don't you?
Everybody can call Homland SEcurity and object.

This order for the border patrol to inform the corrupt Mexican government as to the location of the Minutemen had to have come from the highest level of our government -- the President. The border patrol would never have done this on their own. Not only has Bush now aided and abeted the crossing of illegal aliens across our southern border but he has also aided and abetted the Mexican drug cartels and the Mexican army who often accompany them. This is a disgrace.
