One Picture didn't post and there are actually 3 links "linked" together. It didn't look that way on the preview...

CROWS is a remotely operated system. The gunner sits inside the vehicle (Stryker, HMMWV, M113) and operates the system from a flat screen panel using a joystick. It is very accurate, and accepts and crew-served weapon.
