Some M1A2 SEP come from the factory with them.
Others are retrofitted
But I have no idea of the number of either. Also, note that many tankers in the sandbox are driving around in Humvees

The TUSK system has a remote gun for the commander. It is similar to the CROWS. The loader has thermal imaging systems with VR goggles (which are REALLY cool, no sarcasm, they really are).
