If the cops are on lock down, what are the rest of us supposed to do?
Kennedy believed to be the suspect shot, but not yet confirmed.
Police located a white Ford F-250/150 believed to be involved in the shooting at Kennedy's townhouse. Police went inside and searched the townhouse, but police observed a grenade and then evacuated the townhouse and called the bomb squad.
Police don't know how the Ford truck got to Kennedy's townhouse.
Witnesses earlier saw the 25-yr-old white male go in and quickly come out of the Kennedy townhouse and depart in the multi-colored junker car.

Per live feed
Shooting occurred during shift change
my thoughts exactly.
I'll curiously and anxiously watch this thread for updates
as will I.
Hmmmn. Automatic weapons, huh? Any chance the ROP might have been involved.
That's because for some people it isn't fun to blame anyone else.
LOL ... I suppose it was a ridiculous question coming from someone who carries a gun because I have the full understanding that the cops don't prevent crimes, they investigate crimes that have already happened.
I thought this was something that occurred only in Iraq. Who in their right mind attacks a US police station?
The suspect shot was killed, body is still there at the police substation.
Three police officers were shot, one apparently killed but not officially confirmed yet.
Witness driving by the police station at the time of the exchange of gunfire had his window shot out.
Witnesses reporting that frequency of shots sounded like suspects used automatic weapons.
Wow....just wow!
The dead Kennedy graduated high school in '05, neighborhood kids say he hung out with a goth crowd, wore trench coat, boots, etc.
Kennedy was involved in a carjacking three weeks ago.
Thanks so much!!! Great find. I was actually looking for a live feed.
It sounds like a bizarre situation.
The live feed said the guy was out front of the police station at shift change and started blasting away.
Prayers for the fallen and wounded officers.
You're welcome.
Thanks for starting the thread.
Reports now that law enforcement is not certain that there's a second shooter...
Thank you M'Lady.
Thanks for the thread, I hope there isn't another one out there.
