The Food for Oil was making Saddam rich.
But, it isn't much different than the $millions both the US and UN sent to the Palestinians. Arafat absconded with $Billions and that hardly gets scant attention. And both the US and UN are still sending $millions to the Palestinians. [Wonder into whose secret bank accounts most of that $$$ is going?]
