The time for action is fast approaching...
To: Aussie Dasher
Yep, the dysfunctional culture of the moon god arises once more.
The eventual war between all of the western world against Islam may be upon us soon.

the time for action has passed. allowing years for an enemy to become entrenched is fatal.

Only a bunch of lefties would call it "The Islamic REPUBLIC".... Most folks seemed to use the term 'Union of Soviet Socialist Republics'.

We have a Judgment Day planned for them if they try anything...

Call me stupid...Wife does almost daily...but I think there's another scenario that is very likely to go down. Kinda the "Give 'em enough rope" deal.
Let the Iranian towel heads keep messin' with nuke material. I'd bet dollars to donuts they'll muck something up long before they can gear up an operable nuke plant much less assemble, store, activate and deliver nuke weapons.
Think Zarqawi and the machine gun video. Just them handling all the nuke material they "CLAIM" to be able to make gives me the shivers. Not for us a half planet away, but rather for the folks in adjacent countries, especially to their east and south. Like Chernobyl, when that stuff starts leaking and blowing around...it's gonna be a hot time in the old town.
That's when the UN and other countries will try to step in on a humanitarian basis, and I for one say go ahead but this time include the USA out.
Oh...gotta run...Wife's calling.

The Iranian version of a Kamikaze.

"The Islamic Republic of Iran is planning to use as many as eight different terrorist groups to launch attacks against the United States and its allies in the region should the United States launch military strikes against its nuclear facilities,..."
Iran will continue building its military (including such guerrilla units) to launch more effective attacks in larger numbers, if we don't support our President in doing something about Iran soon enough.
The noise about a couple of domestic issues is rising in our US Republican Party now, because too many people here equate war with what they see on television and expect it to be over and without casualties within weeks. But many people who are more aware of what happens in the real world perceive that we're a nation of spoiled brats.

weeks, HA.
Most americans equate war to the movies. its true. They want to be in and out within a 3 hour time frame. 4 hours as long as theirs an intermission. The problem is they don't want to go to the movies anymore because frikin popcorn and coke cost an arm an a leg and they have been getting bad movies reviews from the press.

Most of my neighbors (otherwise conservative good ol' boys--one even an older, retired combat engineer) have television sets with satellite feeds. That's where they live--in Television Land. Majority opinion in this "conservative" neighborhood (as all of the neighbors voted Republican except for two women) is that "We have nuclear weapons, so why can't Iran have 'em?" And "Iran is a sovereign country." ...dingbats and nuckleheads, all, IMO.
They see the War as some kind of illusion and believe that immigration and the price of gas are the issues that should get all of our leaders' attention now.
We've been paid and otherwise enticed to be ignorant and to pretend stupidity for decades now. We have become feminized, selfish and soft. Too many among us deserve Hillary as dictator.
Consider this. If Hillary is allowed into power, she'll appease our enemies, allowing them to further steal our defense related technologies and build their armies. She'll dump development of our new defense technologies and stop mounting what we've developed to use more revenues to support feminist (AKA anti-family) causes.
The likely result after a future attack against us is that we'll eventually all be drafted into the largest US Army in history and be slain by the millions in order to defeat our enemies. After that, we'll become a more masculine and common-sense country again.

Undoubtedly Iran has already sent terror teams into the States. Probably over the unprotected southern border. Our northern border is pretty porous too but we have done well at detecting action in the North.
I think we may soon be talking about how the nukes or the anthrax and smallpox got smuggled over the border from Mexico. I guess they'll just be coming to do the terrorism work that Americans won't do.
The Arab attack on 9/11 will be peanuts compared to what the far more competent Persians can do.

Your neighbors may be half-wits, but trying to paint the rest of us so does nothing but make you look stupid.
Those concerned about domestic issues aren't living in TV land. They know something is wrong when the government claims it is prosecuting a war, but it refuses to take the most obvious measures to defend the population.
It's like one spouse telling the other they have to economize, and then coming home with new toys every day. Anyone with a lick of sense is going to figure out what the first is trying to do is get more at the expense of the second.
...And the first calling the second a "nation of spoiled brats" merits nothing but contempt and derision!

If this nation was not so fat and comfortable the time would have been and should have been 9-12-01.
That said, Your right the time is near, unfortunately it will take massive losses ( near millions ) on the homefront to rally the american people.
This war maybe eventually over in minutes ( nuke wise ) but it will take decades to root out and eliminate the opposition. Were going to see an America with closed borders and instead of a draft a direct service requirement.
It's going to be a very different world.

Some think I'm nuts. but I've told all my kids (11-17 yrs old) they better learn how to shoot a gun now. That way it will be second nature when they're pressed into service.
Yesterday my son told me I better start drinking more pop, because He's killed all his cans and needs more.
