- Al Jazeera reported that Gulf Arab leaders have called on Iran to do more to show it was not trying to obtain an atom bomb, thereby saving the region from another war.

Tehran protests turn regime's mantra "nuclear power is our absolute right" against the regime.
- Rooz Online reported on recent demonstrations by Tehrani teachers protesting their grave living conditions and chanting "Better living conditions and dignity are our absolute rights". The regime's mantra that "nuclear power is our absolute right" is backfiring on the regime as it reminds people of other human rights the regime suppresses.

Let's pressure our president and reps to build refineries and explore for oil, so we won't be beholding to criminally insane countries.
It would be great if the Iranian people would rise up against the Iran leaders, but will the U.S. help them out?
Please help me refresh my memory. Didn't President Bush 41 tell the Iraqis to rise up against Saddam, but we did not help them out, and many Iraqis were hurt or killed?
Also, didn't President Eisenhower? tell the Hungarian people that we would help them out if they would rise up againt their government, and when they would, many were slaughered?
Would the U.S. help this time?
They're following thru on their "threat" to withdraw from NPT? (Like it makes any difference)
