That's assuming he actually took the drug that night. It's possible he was simply drunk. I want to see the time stamp on the bar tab. If it was 10-15 minutes before the crash, then he lied about getting out of bed and driving.

I can't quote him but basically Major Garrett just wasmn't buying it nor is Shep. Garrett called it an "artful" announcement. LOL. Said Kennedy could have said this yesterday and implied that he only did it today because he knew he was cornered. He and Shep are wondered why he says today that he is addicted to pain pills when yesterday he was merely disoriented from the effects of Ambien and the other drug, neither of which are "pain killers"

With that said, how can you give Kennedy a pass? He's deliberately circling the wagons.
