"My 16 yr old daughter suffers from OCD, general anxiety disorder, depression and school phobia. I completely understate his battle. He doesn't need tearing down, he could use some empathy. I'm not a Kennedy fan, but I do understand this type of mental illness." But your daughter didn't go to a bar, get plastered, then get behind the wheel, then give you a detailed account of what happened, and then say she couldn't remember what happened.
With that said, how can you give Kennedy a pass? He's deliberately circling the wagons.

The problem with all of this is that Kennedy's are always given a pass, so they keep on doing self-destructive things and they kill themselves and others. This is beyond dumb. It's insane. For their own good, they should be made to live in the same universe you and I do.

No, but my son who is 13 did take Ambien, sleep walked, then hallunciated, heard voices that told him to hang himself from a noose he had made. He didn't remember any of this afterwards. So it is possible. He is guilty in the fact if he drank alcohol ontop of this medicine he intensified the effect. Anyone who takes this medicine knows not too. I'm not trying to make excuses for this guy, but to give a better understanding of his condition.

(As I recall, Kerry referred to terrorism as "overrated".)
