The report is that an officer witnessed the incident. He was weaving and smashing into stuff. After the accident the officer wasn't allowed to test him for sobriety and he was whisked away by superiors of the officers. The damage control crew are out there calling it an unfortunate incident. They're trying to make it sound like he is a dedicate Representative who was just trying to get to a House Vote (at 2:45 AM). All swill slop for the Kennedy Klan Kult (KKK).

Cannon, who was not there, said the officers involved in the accident were instructed by an official "above the rank of patrolman" to take Kennedy home. There are laws for most of us and there are the rules for the Kennedys. Rumor has it the latter are somewhat less strict.

Kennedy said he was late for a vote, officer Greg Baird said in the letter to McGaffin. Baird is acting chairman of the Capitol Hill chapter of the FOP police union. The last vote of the night had occurred almost six hours earlier. Hey, he's a Kennedy! They woulda had a vote just for him!

Who said nobody's above the law? Apparently the Kennedys don't have to deal with the same laws as other Americans. Disgraceful and as far as I'm concerned, unacceptable. As citizens we should not accept this. We need to hold these police officers accountable.

This just in. Patrick Kennedy is being traded to Wisconsin for Representitive Tammy Baldwin, so instead of seeing Kennedy D-RI, we will see Kennedy, D-WI.

"Kennedy said he was late for a vote, officer Greg Baird said in the letter to McGaffin. Baird is acting chairman of the Capitol Hill chapter of the FOP police union.
The last vote of the night had occurred almost six hours earlier." You guys are just too cynical..
You know the guy must have been trying to get to the House at 3:00AM so he could be early for the morning votes!
