Cannon, who was not there, said the officers involved in the accident were instructed by an official "above the rank of patrolman" to take Kennedy home. There are laws for most of us and there are the rules for the Kennedys. Rumor has it the latter are somewhat less strict.

There are no rules for the Kennedy's. Since they have elevated themselves to American Royalty, they may do as they please and we are supposed to accept it.
The Kennedy spin machine stepped in a lot faster on this one than they did for uncle Teddy.
