I don’t know a single person who isn’t acutely aware of the fact that we’ve become a very rude country. It’s gotten to the point that if we don’t encounter rudeness at least twice a day, we’re shocked.

Actually, I agree with her...I encounter at least 2 instances of rudeness by liberals each day.

Well, if I'm already a racist, sexist, bigot, homophobe for actually suggesting that U.S. immigration laws should be enforced, then I guess it can't hurt to throw "rude" in to the mix.

I wonder if the families of all those murdered by illegal aliens in the last ten years would think they're all so polite. I wonder if those waving mexican flags and advocating the "reconquest" of the American Southwest are among the "most patriotic" among us.

That issue is July 1994. Take a look at MSFT stock back in 1994. Hard to believe the opportunites / potential for MSFT, even as late as 1994.

All the LEGAL immigrants and (white, evil) Americans in my neighborhood get along very well, Patti.

You get the impression that Miss--it is "Miss," isn't it?--Davis seems to think that all immigrants, since she makes no distinction between legal and illegal, are made up of one subgroup of Mexicans. Most of the recent legal immigrants that I deal with in professional and social life are not even Hispanic. We get along quite well, especially the African immigrants.
