I listened to one reporter on Rush gush over how wonderful they behaved. The report was so sappy, I wanted to throw up.

No matter how the lamestream media twists it, yesterday was one lame Uno De Mayo. The "riots" were fuelled by cervesa and tequilla which is why they began later in the evening after the grownups went home. Fort Lauderdale produces more "civil unrest" during spring break.

ping!
I think the truth about the 'peaceful protests' is being hushed up. Why do I feel like I'm in the USSR these days?

Now we know a bit how the poor Jews feel.
Give them everything, take them in, treat them fair.
They repay us by wanting to kill us and loot and take our land and ruin it.
They do not want to Be Americans, they just want the free ride to never end.
To: BurbankKarl
So they want amnesty eh?
Lock them up and send them home to Mexicio, El Salvador, Guatemala, China, South Korea, Pakistan, etc.

In the late 60's and through the 70's I worked on Wilshire Blvd. a couple blocks from MacArthur Park. It was an area where a lot of older people lived in the apartments that populated the area. Then in the late seventies, the Hispanics moved in and the area changed dramatically almost over night. Some of the old line businesses could not make it and had to fold. I assume today it is 100% Hispanic. By the 80's it was not safe to walk around the area in the day time.

Tony Vladez is your typical unbiased reporter here in California, how can you say that? ;-)

I'm not going to watch the videos. I just don't want to see this, as McArthur Park is where I played with my friends as a child. There was a nice lake with mallard ducks, grebes and swans. There was a boathouse, and we would go out for rides in paddle boats. On the other side of Wilshire, the park (this is a big park) had a large koi pond. I have photos of myself and my playmates at the park in those innocent, lovely peaceful times. I want to cherish my memories.
