Local Fox News in Los Angeles, Channel 11, had an incredible exchange in a segment with John and Ken. J & K were chastizing the press for not showing the other side about all the costs of illegal aliens.
There was a difference of opinion between FOX personnel and John and Ken about the effect of the boycott.
And then there was an amazing statement, actually a monologue for news reporter Tony Valdez. Rather than posing a question to John and Ken, he launched into the whole Reconquista argument, talking about Manifest Destiny and U.S. invasion of Mexico in 1846. He talked about how this country took this part of the world by force and how they do that in Iraq and Iran.
And then this news reporter, news reporter mind you, said, "You took this country. You killed people to take this country for yourselves."
Fox 11 needs to hear from us.
The events in 1846 were just practice and getting a lay of the central Mexico land. The main invasion may still be yet to come
Iraq.....then Iran.....then Mexico
I like it.
I recieved this email:
Tony Valdez will apologize during his Mid-Day Sunday Show on Sunday May 7, 2006 at 9a.

I called on the phone 4 or 5 times but didn't send an email. I have spoken before with Carol, and I don't know if she is lib or conservative, but she is no Hillary fan.
To: FOX 11 Sales and News departments
Mr. Valdezs comments while interviewing John & Ken from radio station KFI on May 1st were outrageous. Perhaps he should find a more rewarding career in Mexico.
In the meantime there is a move afoot to contact all Fox 11 advertisers and advertising agencies to expose Mr. Valdezs comments and the stations editorial policies. I will gladly participate in this effort if Mr. Valdez is not immediately sanctioned.

1. Oh, please, newbie sage, explain to me how you know that I am so obviously ignorant.
2. Different views than whom? If you are going to be critical, newbie sage, at least make an attempt at clarity.
3. What comment did I make about a group of people? I was critical of one -- Tony Valdez, the racist who made the racist statements.
4. I assumed nothing about a potential mugging if a reporter was "non-Hispanic." You totally invented that falsehood.
5. The man obviously fueling the fires of racism was the guy about whom I wrote -- Tony Valdez. 6. And here is the real difference between us. A racist sees things in terms of groups. Like you, for instance. I don't see the greatness in an ethnic, religious, or racial group. I see greatness in individuals.
You really aren't having a very good first day here on FreeRepublic. I am sorry you have so embarrassed and humiliated yourself. I don't say that to you as a member of a group, particularly because I don't even know your group. My initial reaction is that you are one sorry individual with some real issues.
What greatness is there in Tony Valdez' racism and lies about the Mexican American War..
Then explain to me why the "News" organizations didn't put one out there?

Mexico is a racist country and many of the illegals who come here are racist.
What does it say about the current crop of "Mexicanos" that the blood of both Conquistadores and Aztecs flow through their veins.
