NEW ORLEANS (AP) Thousands of Hispanics carrying signs that said "Nobody is illegal" and "Proud to rebuild" took Monday off to join a national day of protest and boycotts to show their importance to the country and to the area devastated by hurricanes Katrina and Rita.

Throw the book at him, have the police waiting for him in the morning. Verbal assault of a female senior citizen, she and you should be concerned, when will it turn to battery? Let him apologize to the judge at sentencing.

Walking off the job is considered "abandonment". He quit. Don't fire him or you'll have to pay unemployment on him. It's job abandonment. Good advice and be sure to write a summary for his personnel file.
