The best friends and the officials being most cooperative with the Minutemen are the people in "The Nations" whose lands, on and off the reservations, are getting trashed by illegals. And they're not as squeamish as the anglos about dealing with trespassers.

Furthermore, plenty of "Pilgrims" can claim native Indian ancestry just as much as these present day Mexicans. My stepfather is mostly of German stock originally, but he has Cherokee blood too.
