If you are a born Americanyou dont have the right to be offended. Now if you are from another country, especially if you are in America illegally, then you can be offended by the traditions and core values in America. All you have to do to get sympathy from our government and watchdog groups like the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU)-- is just complain because Americans havent yet accepted the fact, they are supposed to be a country of diversity and its totally out-of-the-question to strive for unity. And if you havent found out by now, how you can really cause a stinkdid you know you can use your children to be offended when the American Pledge of Allegiance is recited by American children in American schoolsespecially if under God is said in the recitation?
There are several things that have to occur before we can become a one-world nation: first we have to be brought down to ground-level (make that ground-zero) submissiveness. We have to relinquish our guns; we have to get in God we trust off of our currency; we have to forget about equal rights unless we are in America waving flags from another countrydemanding amnesty for breaking laws, and waving signs for Americans to get off of their continent. And before too much longer, we should be getting Pesos and the Euro in place of American money. Next, they will be singing the new Nuestro Himno in place of our National Anthem at the opening session of congress. And Ill bet you donuts to a dollarchildren will be singing the Spanish version in public schools before long.
While Mexicans are on a rollsomebody needs to implement a Spanish Pledge, and then the United States of America can be renamed Mexico. Hows that for progress?

On Monday we should see why we dont need illegal immigrants here. If they can cripple the economy in one day-then we need to come up with plan B. This would be a perfect opportunity to observe which businesses have to shut down, because they dont have adequate manpower to operate. Next, arrest the employers who have been aiding and abetting illegal immigrants, encouraging them to break our laws, by not only hiring them, but in many cases securing jobs for them-- before they entered the country illegally.
How many times have you heard we need guest workers to do the jobs Americans wont do? It is apparent there are a lot of members in congress trying to avoid mentioning the 2005 trade deficit of $723.6 billion--thanks to other countries who wont buy American-made products. And we are practically forced to buy foreign products, because we cant find American products in America. I can tell a foreign product, even if a label is not attached. Just look at how it is poorly constructed. Most imported clothing looks like it was made by five-year-olds, and would fit most of them, even though it may be labeled a size eight for an adult woman.
(Denny Crane: "Every one should carry a gun strapped to their waist. We need more - not less guns.")
We - the people who want to uphold the law - are still in the majority.
Yet who speaks for us?
Very, very few in government.
Sad.
The title should read, "Jose can you see..."
Let's do the job illegals won't do today: shop, work, pay taxes, etc. I look forward to the unintended consequences brought on by today's events.
Jose, can you si?
New national anthem starts...
Jose, Can you See? My dog's really light
What, so bow wow can't walk?
over the bordering fence, with the night after scheming...
2. Our cities have granted PERMITS to these illegals to rally. This means:
a) Our cities will be paying for security/police whose salaries are PAID FOR BY TAXPAYING AMERICAN CITIZENS
b) Our cities will be paying for cleanup of these rallies. That will, of course be PAID FOR BY TAXPAYING AMERICAN CITIZENS
c) Our cities will be paying for repair of the damage done at these rallies, which (again) be PAID FOR BY TAXPAYING AMERICAN CITIZENS
d) No doubt some of these rally participants will need medical attention today, which will be PAID FOR BY TAXPAYING AMERICAN CITIZENS
WHY DID OUR CITIES GRANT THESE PERMITS????? WHAT KIND OF RECOURSE DO WE, THE TAXPAYERS, HAVE WHEN OUR LOCAL GOVERNMENT AGREED TO ALLOW THIS, AND OUR MONEY TO PAY FOR IT???!
If these people were citizens, I would have no problem with them having the right to protest...but they shouldn't share the rights of citizens, they are not citizens!
If they came in legally and did it the right way, I say WELCOME HOME! If they snuck in and are not taxpaying, green-card holding workers, I say round them up and send them back.
The powers that be have determined that both political parties will suuport an open borders policy and that will not change regardless of who is in office.
Time for a ne party.
"No man shall profit from his crime." This idea is a rule of the Common Law. "No man shall profit from his crime" is a construct of the federal common law and committed to every definition of Law and is embedded in our National and State Constitutions and all subsequent Statutes.
Nevertheless, the U.S. Constitution is also the law of the Land only to the end that I may govern my life without the unlawful intrusion of Government, any group or individual.
The National Government has chosen to disavow the Laws they promise to enforce. The National Government has created and perpetuates a set of unlawful conditions that put my life, my familys welfare and my Constitution in jeopardy. Not only do the Government, the illegal migrants, and all those that support them, routinely defy and ridicule my Constitution, our Borders and Sovereignty, but they want me to like it. I refuse.
These scofflaws and criminals do not only want American jobs, they also want all the rights of American Citizens with the intent to inflict us with the failed customs, politics, and ignorance that frame the foundation of Mexicos class-conscious tyranny, universal lawlessness and eternal poverty.
Profiling is a practice discouraged for mainstream Americans, yet it is the latino's profiling of themselves that they rally for their May 1 Boycott. Therefore, in deference for their profile and description, and to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution, Our Borders and our Sovereignty, I will honor and extend their Boycott and deny myself every manner of commerce to all brown skinned spanish-speaking Mexicans, both here and abroad, 365 days a year. Any company, organization or politician the supports and reward's Law Breakers will be the target of my self governing Boycott.
Jose, can you Si?......
Diversity sucks.
Instead, I want observance of the rule of law and allegiance to the values of western culture and democracy. To all those in the U.S. who want our country to continue to become a third-world banana republic, my response is: hell no. We will not become another Mexico and we do not embrace "diversity". We embrace competence, academic achievement, and the know-how to make us competitive with the rest of the world. If you don't like not having our country become another third-world hellhole, leave and move to one of those multicultural paradises.
Here's the lyrics of a song written by a guy in Denver that are available to download from the KHOW/Peter Boyles website.
Hasty response to "Nuestro Himno," the "Spanish version" of "The Star Spangled Banner," sung by some in honor of the nationwide illegal alien protest May 1, 2006.
Jose' can't you see?
You are in my country.
You're I.D. is a fake,
And you're here illegally.
You have broken our laws,
While you call it your cause.
Sanctuary will end,
And employers will be fined.
You have broken our rules,
Ruined hospitals and schools.
You pull wages down,
As you play us for fools.
Go home in your beateeen-up
Uninsured mini-van.
Be careful with demands,
You're illegal aliens.
Here Here....shout it from every mountain top!!
As long as it is now optional for enforcing the laws, I think that means that it is optional to obey them. I now get to pick and choose which laws I am not going to follow, because after all, it doesn't fit with my cultural background.
' Oah Zay Con Yu Zee
Get it right or someone will be offended.
Can we start with the income tax?
;)

Not the Wall Street Journal, decent web site, good articles.
It didn't. Opinion Journal is different that Opinion Editorials.
Today the Journal is engaging in damage control for todays rallys.
