Nice post. Thanks.
Why should Rush have to pay 30 Large to the state of Florida, if he has not been convicted of any crime?
This is nonsense and, in my opinion, stinks of extortion.

Settlement Agreement Ends State Investigation of Rush Limbaugh
Read the press release from Rush's attorney Roy Black

Channel 12 (WPEC News) just said Rush "turned himself in" tonight. That doesn't sound like what is being said on his web site or by his attorney, or does one have to be booked even under these circumstances?
I saw Judge Napolitano (sp?) on O'Reilly expanding on the story (still
reported as an arrest and release at that point).
The judge made no bones about it: Mr. Limbaugh has been the victim of
malicious prosecution (and persecution) by a political hack of a DA.
And I hadn't heard that one reason this matter has taken so long is
that the issue of the police doing warrentless searches as part of the
investigation was argued up to the Supreme Court.
And it was decided that the warrentless searches were OK.
(I'd like to see/hear more about that)
Channel 13 in Tampa is sticking by the story that he was arrested. What's the truth.
Well, if it came from a press release issued by Rush Limbaugh's attorney, it has to be accurate.
Rush pays more than Sandy Burglar. I have absolutely no respect whatsoever for either the federal Department of Justice or the State of Florida prosecutors. None, zero, nada.
And I was a prosecutor for 14 years.
Drive-By Media is just getting beyond ridiculous.. scumbags. No wonder when the people tire of the corrupt system, the first ones to be hanged are the Journalists themselves
I relish this. Bring me more!
Michael Wiener will be deeply saddened to learn this. All through his rants he's been calling Rush "Hush Bimbo."
When in doubt, would you believe the media or Rush?
Ha! this story reminded me to make my donation for his fundraiser! $60! Anyone else want to match?
How could they get such a simple story wrong unless they had a motive to intentionally get it wrong. I smell a rat.
The actions of the prosecutor in this case were motivated only by partisan politics. Therefore this joke of a prosecutor has forfeited any claim to moral authority, and any arrest is fraudulent and invalid.
This is almost funny.
B-b-b-but it's not the accuracy of the story, it's the SERIOUSNESS OF THE CHARGE! Or so we've been told...
Oh...I thought the MSM media (and it's polls) had become believable during the past few weeks. You mean, they still have a bias and don't tell the truth? Shocked, I tell ya!
