This is my first vanity post, so be nice!
I just heard on FoxNews that the meat packing company "Tyson" will be closing Monday to allow their employees so march in the protest on May 1st, whihc is this coming Monday. Are they an American company? They seem to forget they it's "Americans that purchase their product and keep them in business.... I also left them an email on thier website stating my feelings on them supporting this protest march...
Okay, I feel better now..... Thank you! Pleasse also go to the Tyson website and leave them an email as to how you feel....
"It is sad that illegals have infiltrated our country so easily and now have so much control."
That is true but the main problem is the employers who hire these guys then give them the control.
"Now, let me explain what sanctuary policies are and sanctuary cities.
Cities across the land, because of local pressure, because of a variety of reasons, have passed laws, statutes, provisions that restrict their own employees specifically and often the police departments from sharing information with the INS. They say if you in fact stop or arrest someone and determine that that person is here illegally, you cannot tell the INS about that. You cannot aid the Immigration and Naturalization Service in upholding the law and enforcing the law, telling actual police departments to not aid in the enforcement of our law. This is bizarre, it is incredible, but it is happening. And they call themselves sanctuary cities.
Some of these cities, by the way, actually allow people to vote, even if they are not citizens of the United States, even if they are here illegally. All they require is that you show some proof of residency in that city. That is all. Bring your utility bill and you can vote. There are places in Maryland, there are places up and down the East Coast. Again, pretty bizarre stuff, but absolutely true".

He was on Cavuto's show today.
I have been boycotting Tyson since the Clinton administration. Tyson is a big time FOB.
It is going to be pathetically ironic if all the pro illegal alien industries get their wish and your illegal employees are given some form of legal status.
You will then have to pay them at least minimum wage, and pay them above the table (income taxes, social security, unemployment taxes....). You will be right back where you started --- looking for cheap labor from Mexico.
By closing your plants for the illegal alien celebration, you have made it clear that you are anti-LEGAL Americans.
I will never again purchase any product with the name Tyson on it.
Yeah well I was going to make a clever comment but I guess you pretty much put it to bed. kudos.

All that education and you say something this stupid; "So a victim of a crime (Tyson) is now guilty of being complicit of the crime?
So much for "jobs Americans won't do", aye? Now, Americans get booted out so immigrants can take their jobs!
In N.O., a black group was hired to do rebuilding work - until the illegals showed up. The blacks were told to leave. The illegals were cheaper labor.
I havent bought any Tyson products in a few years. Its not a boycott, I just dont particularly like them.
See post #46- Wasn't aware of Tyson's history, simply trying to avoid all the knee jerk boycotts people are calling for.
Easy Does It :)
Okay, sorry. I missed that one. Tyson can never be construed as a "victim" IMO.
Ummm....hello - and exactly why are they not going to be open because of so many people being off work for the protests??? Because most of them ARE ILLEGAL!!! That in-and-of itself is more than enough to boycott the company.
Then again - at least with their chicken - laying off of it will probably be good for us - as their chickens have more drugs/steroids/chemicals than many junkies and pro-athletes....
That's not exactly true.... The real reason Russia rejected Tyson chicken is because they undercut Russian producers by a HUGE margin. It's kind of like what China has been doing to US manufacturers - they can produce and ship so much cheaper than domestic producers, that the domestic company goes under. This is what the Russians were trying to prevent.
And no, I'm not defending Tyson - as I just posted right before this ----- the steroids and other chemicals would make you balk at consuming their chicken...
