I'm guessing they're Somalis here legally as refugees (courtesy of Klintoon and Wellstone). It's OK for them to wander around in a khat-induced stupor all the time, but Allah forbid somebody has booze in their cab.

Probably more than a few. I'm sure almost none are citizens. Pull their licenses and deport them. They are mistreating those who don't share their cult beliefs. Since they are licensed, they must provide service equally without discrimination. Their cult encourages the murder of non believers and they are offended by alcohol? They're absolutely nuts. But not in an amusing way. It is an offensive, disgusting way.
