The fact is, that - following logic of Wiesenthal Centre - all the Gospel could be considered as "anti-Semitic", as it contains many fragments, describing Jewish leaders of that time in not a very positive light.
And the other way round - as you said - many things in Judaism could be considered as "anti-Christian".
Actually, if you read literature by Jewish groups such as this, say by Ellie Wiessel, the gospels ARE called anti-Semitic.
When a group makes their very definition anything BUT following Jesus (as is a modern definition of being Jewish) it's their own history they have a problem with.
