Who is suffering the most casualities in Iraq fighting the terrorists and insurgents?
Iraq Coalition Casualties ^ | April 27, 2006 | Jeff Head

If you listen to the main stream media, or listen to the liberals and others who voice opposition to the war in Iraq, you would think that the United States is virtually going it alone and suffering the mass majority of casualties in this war to end the Ba'athist regime, their support for terrorism, and to liberate Iraq and allow their people to be free.

Nothing is further from the truth.

I have many friends over there in the military and as contractors and they have long held a different story. I have now find a site with significant documentation on who is fighting and dieing in the war on terror in Iraq and the struggle to establish freedom there.

Here re the results:

Military Death in Iraq resulting from enemy action (terrorists and insurgents with percentage of the whole in parens)

United States Military - 2392 (33.40%)
United Kingdom Military- 105 ( 1.45%)
Other Colaition Forces - 110 ( 1.54%)
Iraqi Security Forces - 4556 (63.61%)

In addition, over 10,600 Iraqi civilians have been killed by the terrorists and insurgents.

The Iraqis themselves are bearing the large majority of the deaths due to the fight for their freedom and this is how it should be. Do not let anyone tell you any different. Despite those deaths, the Iraqi people continue to sign up to fight for their own freedom by the tens of thousands along side our forces.

Hay Jeff

This is good info.

I am really interested in the number of enemy/insurgents/terrorist/islamonutz/"freedom fighters" (as described by code pink and Sheehan) that are killed on a daily basis, and an aggregate.

Once in while on the news they say 6 Iraqi/Americans killed, and 40 insurgents. But not too often. I am sure the number is quite high. Of course the MSM won't advertise that many times the # of OUR side are wiped out on the other side. We need to find this figure, I have looked and can't find it. Can you?

I have tried. But there are no reliable figures published (though I am sure our forces have a good idea)...but I believe it numbers in the tens of thousands, many tens of thousands.

Like in Afghanistan, it is a fly trap and they flock there for their chance at martydom, and we are very accomodating.

THIS STUDY indicates 11000-15000 enemy combatant casualties for the six weeks of major combat operations alone, starting in March 2003.

Ny guess is tens of thosuands of terrorists and inusrgents have benn killed in the three years since.

You didn't include Iraqi civilians killed by us during the invasion. They count too!

Latest reports arriving from MSM reporters embedded with the demons manning the admittance desks at the gates of hell, indicates that deceased terrorists are arriving in such staggering numbers, that lines stretch from hell to breakfast and back, with no relief in sight.

Death is so miserable in the temporary camps of terrorists waiting to get into hell, that they are demanding an investigation by the Red Cross, The Red Crescent, the ACLU, The UN and the liberal Democrats of the US Congress.

Word is that they are demanding Asbestos Korans to replace the ones that keep burning up. Some are accusing the demons of sticking their tridents into the cheeks of their...every time they stick it up in the air during their pleas toward Mecca.

The demons are whining that the spoiled and demanding Muslim terrorists, are making their lives pure hell.

War is hell. In war there are always the innocent, who are not targeted, who get caught in the line of fire.

In certain instances, when an entire population is forged into a war machine against you, you attack the infrastructure in order to break their will...which is also hell. We did that to the Germans and the Japanese...but we always calculated in the ways to do so so as to hasten the end of the war and avoid even larger numbers of civilians killed.

In recorded history, the United States has gone to greater lengths and greater pains to avoid that when possible that any other comparable world power.

That's a huge difference between us and the enemy...they intentionally target the innocent in order to terrorize.

I do not know the numbers of those civilains killed unitnetnionally by our forces...I am not sure anyone does. But these numbers are fairly well known and the point is they show that the Iraqis themselves are carrying the brunt of the burden of this fight...as they should...but not reported by the MSM, are noted by the DNC.

You are welcome. The Iraqis are standing and fighting for their liberty...as they should. If we help them over the hump to a more free and republican oriented society, it will be an event of extreme historical significance, and something that will be a tremendous milestone in this war.
