This means Tony will have influence.I hope so. That will be immensely important and useful to the President. He can certainly eliminate a lot of the tin ear stuff. He can tell the President how things are going to "play" with the public, and I hope the President listens to him, because I love 'em both.

Paraphrased- Something about how Tony Snow was going to be Press Sec for the W.H., and that he came from Fox News. So what's the change?
She stumbled over the words and I don't know if it was a good joke in its original form & delivery on Leno, but I do know she bombed either way. lol
