There is a lot of complaining, whining, lying, misleading, and really bad analysis going on right now vis-a-vis high gas prices. The latest I saw (early this morning) was an analysis that shows a lack of parity between the percentage increase in the price of a barrel of oil and the price of a gallon of gasoline at the pump. Look, I am not an economist or an expert on these matters. But rather than just moaning about the price of gas and then uttering some disembodied, meaningless statistic I heard from some dude, I have actually been listening to experts over the last few days. And, as with just about everything, to more I learn about an issue, the more I realize how important it is to study things before making snap judgments or determining a personal policy position. Here's the scoop as I now understand it...

I have on more then one occasion heard him state positions that sounded to me more to do with his political opinions then the law. Perhaps I am being unfair and will keep an open mind. My impression from my last few times I have seen him was that he was a Judaical activist. From your post I see my opinion is some what mistaken. My apologies for misjudging him.

NOpe, Poms are more annoying. They bark at you like they don't want you around, unless you are the one who feeds them. THen, they will sit on your lap quietly, licking their behinds...that mught be why they are always annoyed...they have something stuck in there that they can't get out.
Not, a miniature daschund...that is a cool dog...they remind me of Joe Pesci...little but think they are huge. (My mini Dach beats up on my pitbull.)

Huge mistake. Judge Andrew Napolitano is a perfect exampe of everything wrong with the current legal establishment. Exactly right on, no way can I listen to him.

I've been carefully sizing him up for his POV. As most 'legal types' do, he often highlights (make that, boasts about) his own impartiality and judicial temperament (whatever that means) by deferring to what the constitution says.
