Now Snow will have to defend the uncontrolled growth of federal spending and Bush's push to grant amnesty to illegals. I think Bush needs new policies more than new defenders of the current ones.

That's just as well. Tony shouldn't be the focus now, and this will help. Watch the press try to make him the focus though. They're going to be unhappy that someone like him is taking the position. He has my best wishes in the position.

Jim Robinson and/or the moderators removed all of Tony's posts from here sometime yesterday. My assumption is that the White House doesn't want any of his private comments easily available.Sometimes I wonder how a select few know for certain what a poster's name happens to be... I have been here since 1998 and apparently sit in the dark....
