The National Ledger ^ | 04-25-06 | Cliff Kincaid

Posted on 04/25/2006 10:51:54 AM PDT by Coastal

Dana Priest of the Washington Post won her Pulitzer Prize, but then the roof fell in on her. With the allegation that a key source for her “secret prisons” story was a partisan anti-Bush political operative in the agency, Mary O. McCarthy, the Sweetness & Light website has led the way in highlighting information about Priest’s husband, left-wing activist William Goodfellow.

He is the executive director of the Center for International Policy (CIP), which is dedicated to advancing a “liberal internationalist agenda.” The CIP boasts that Goodfellow “took up the fight” against President Bush’s nomination of John Bolton as ambassador to the United Nations.

So have they stripped her of the Pulitzer for her fraudlent story yet? Seems a story that turned out to be a lie should not merit a prize and demands a retraction. Both of which the Junk Journalists have yet to offer we the People.

Any Pulitzer the Washington Post gets should come with a string attached so the committee can yank it back easily - remember Janet whatsername, with the 8 year old heroin addict story? The Post had to give that one back TOO.

Considering the fact that it was all very liberal folks that gave it to her....DON'T HOLD YOUR BREATH. Those folks live in the land of lying....

"Considering the fact that it was all very liberal folks that gave it to her....DON'T HOLD YOUR BREATH. Those folks live in the land of lying...."

The left loves to backslap each other and comes up with ridiculous, nonsensical "awards" which they pass back and forth to each other. It really is utterly meaningless, yet their "self esteem" seems to be so low that they need these "awards" to validate their pathetic lives. Along with the Pulitzers, just take a look at all the meaningless Hollyweird awards...

You need a "heart" symbol over John Kerry. He's in love with himself.

"I have no idea what her motive was," former CIA deputy director Richard Kerr told the New York Times.

Agenda? I don't need no stinkin agenda.

Dana Priest, William Goodfellow, Mary O. McCarthy, Joe Wilson, Valerie Plame, John Kerry: Widespread abuse of American Citizens in their effort to get Bush......Oh what webs we weave when we start to deceive.........

Peter Goss’s CIA needs crop dusting to get rid of the Clintonrats ‘N Mice that infest that place; the same crop dusting needs to happen at the Pentagon with the Clintongenerals, Gen. Clark, the PPP of the Democratic Party….could this little Lord Fauntleroy be gathering his court? State, the INS, are other departments that could use a little dusting with DDT, I understand that chemical is good for mold also….….

Heck, they haven't stripped Walter Duranty of his pulitzer from the 30's for reporting the Soviet Union was a paradise while 20 million starved.

LOL, great graphics. Isn't it funny, most of the "arrows" point to Kerry (after our "whistle-blower", Mary, of course)!

If Kerry had been shot at the Capitol building after being tried and convicted as traitor after he returned from Nam, and his body was hung to rot on the nearest light pole. None of this traitor bs would be happening.

Instead he was rewarded and became a US Senator and damn near became our President.
