"Woof" is used in broadcasting to say "stop," "that's enough" or to mark a specific point in time -- which is what is done in this case. "Tony's show starts in 3 minutes: WOOF!" Means in 3 minutes from-- NOW!

Brian Kilmead. From Fox and Friends. I guess Tony is gone because he got the job at the White House.
I like Brian, too. It took a while for Doocy to grow on me, but my husband instantly liked him (which is worth gold!).
Brian has an edge and reminds me of Hannity but he's not so...emphatic. I loved Tony's calm, cool and sensible style.
Geez, I'm going to miss him.
I am not sure what I will be dining on but I believe Helen will be eating one of the goats that walked over her bridge.
