Don't normally care for Buchanan, but I think he's right about this.

John Kerry. He spent four months in Viet Nam, got three Purple Hearts, and didn't spend a night in sick bay. Then he bugged out on his men before his tour was up.

That's why I believe that he has no shame and no pride. He's just gotta feel some guilt when he sees a brave fighter from Iraq missing an arm or a leg.

On ABC's "This Week," Sen. John Kerry, to whose campaign McCarthy made a $2,000 contribution, was his usual ambivalent self when asked whether he approved of what she had done: "Of course not. A CIA agent has the obligation to uphold the law, and clearly leaking is against the law, and nobody should leak. I don't like leaking. But if you're leaking to tell the truth, Americans are going to look at that, at least mitigate or think about what are the consequences that you ... put on that person. Obviously they're not going to keep their job, but there are other larger issues here."

What "larger issues" there were, Kerry did not say.

Pressed by ABC's George Stephanopoulos, Kerry blurted, "I'm glad she told the truth, but she's going to obviously -- if she did it, if she did it -- suffer the consequences of breaking the law."

This, from the guy who went to Paris, collaborated with the North Vietnamese, and gets a free pass.

Throw that traitor in jail along with McCarthy. Let em relive their 60's lovefest together.

Over ten years ago, CNN Correspondent Bernard Shaw refused to talk to military leaders when he returned from Iraq during the War in the Gulf. He cited journalistic neutrality as his reason.

Today the MSM is all to happy to give away every single US secret. I guess journalistic neutrality only goes for hostile dictatorships...

People like McCarthy hate Bush more than they love their country.

Thanks for posting. Buchanan has always been a patriot, as this column clerly shows. Which is why the normal collection of Buchanan-haters haven't shown up to trash Pat.

He must have put the Irish glass down for a minute.
He hasn't made this much sense in years!
