April 23, 2006 — In an exclusive interview, Sen. John Kerry, D-Mass., told ABC News' "This Week with George Stephanopoulos" that the latest purported recording from Osama bin Laden "underscores the failure of [the Bush] administration to capture" the terror leader.
"Osama Bin Laden is loose today because we allowed him to escape at Tora Bora," said Kerry, echoing a statement often heard during his failed 2004 presidential bid.

I wish someone would bring up that Tora Bora was a site of an al Qaeda cease-fire! Can you imagine the outcry if we had refused the al-Qaeda request for a cease-fire? In hindsight, they used the cease-fire as a ploy to sneak bin Laden away, but what would have happened if we refused to go along and kept pounding them while they waved the White Flag?

Kerry is such an obvious loser. He says nothing that is not politically calculated, but, even then, he never calculates correctly. Does he really think that people will hold Tora Bora against Bush?
BTW, Hillary has this same problem, but even she is not as bad as Kerry.
