Says we need tamper-proof ID cards. Employers are not document checkers. Illegals need to be treated with respect.

I understand his attitude on this - I don't agree with it but, why is it part of the conversation at this stage.
The first rule of a hole, is to stop digging the hole. We have to stop illegal access to our country 1st, then we can see what the next step is.
