I agree. I may be livid about the fact that Bush is proposing policies that would demolish what is left of America, but policy proposals, no matter how hideous, are not grounds for impeachment.

Not true. The last polss suggested that the public is fairly split, with a slight tilt toward support of a Bush-type plan.

I think many people have specific issues that affect them personally on this subject...and that is why they are so frustrated. I especially feel sorry for people who live right next to the border.
But the naivete of some, never ceases to amaze me. For being conservatives, there often seems to be a certain amount of misunderstanding about just how powerful and effective market principles are.
Two great presidents in my lifetime: Reagan and Bush. The former would be proud of the latter.

The way to save the Republican Party is for real Republican candidates for Congress to disassociate themselves from the Bush Administration.
Look what happened to Jerry Kilgore in Virginia. He appeared with Bush a few days before the election, and he got beat by a Democrat it that conservative state.
