Unless he was forced to reveal that as part of his plea (and I don't get the sense that he was), we will never know.
You know, I'm coming of the opinion we should abolish Civil Service, at least for CIA, State, Homeland Security and the like. Make it patronage. At least then you can have accountability. For now, you have the President having to take responsibility for people he never hired.
