Let's play hardball; the rule of law demands consequences for ignoring lawbreaking
4/2206

It's time to play hard ball. Our lawmakers seem to have forgotten that there are real consequences for ignoring lawbreaking. Lawmakers will get this done or taxpayers will know the reason why. The rule of law demands serious consequences for ignoring lawbreaking. Now is the time for law-abiding citizenry of America notify the US Dept of Justice, that many of our "so-called lawmakers"---who are under oath---are ignoring our laws, and are aiding and abetting the illegal activities of aliens on US soil. Disregarding the committing of crimes is a crime in itself.

PARTIAL LIST OF IMMIGRANTS' FEDERAL CRIMINAL FELONIES

1 - Use of illegal ID or documents
2 - Federal income tax evasion
3 - Re-entry into USA after deportation
4 - Obtain/Operate vehicles with illegal ID
5 - ID theft/fraud - Social Security fraud
6 - Knowingly gaining employment fraudulently
7 - Recruiting other illegal aliens workers
8 - Transporting illegal aliens
9 - Harboring &/or housing illegal aliens
10 - Undermining US national security
11 - Registering/Voting using fraudulent documentation
12 - Conspiracy to violate federal statutes
13 - Uttering false statements to public officials
14 - Obstructing law enforcement

FREEPER ACTIVISM: If duly elected officials, under oath, are encouraging ILLEGALS to break the law, to obtain the unlawful right to vote, and obtain unauthorized government benefits using fraudulent documentation, and if elected and appointed officials did, in fact, allow illegals to break the law to serve on municipal councils, and if illegals are making monetary (taxing) decisions for U.S. Citizens, this might be a violation of the Hobbs Act. If elected officials took campaign contributions from said illegals, this could be characterized as extortion, and/or bribery, and a violation of the Hobbs Act.

The Hobbs Act was used recently to nail four TENN state legislators and their aides in an extortion scheme. The TENN groups was arrested under the federal Hobbs Act, charging extortion, conspiracy to extort and attempted extortion, and accepting bribes as an agent of the state. The Hobbs Act covers extortion by public officials, as follows: 2403 Hobbs Act -- Extortion By Force, Violence, or Fear

SOURCE October 1997 Criminal Resource Manual 2403 http://www.usdoj.gov/usao/eousa/foia_reading_room/usam/title9/crm02403.htm

9-131.000 THE HOBBS ACT -- 18 U.S.C. § 1951
9-131.020 Investigative and Supervisory Jurisdiction

Primary investigative jurisdiction of offenses in 18 U.S.C. § 1951 lies with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The Inspector General's Office of Investigations, Division of Labor Racketeering (formerly the Office of Labor Racketeering), United States Department of Labor, is also authorized to investigate violations of 18 U.S.C. § 1951 in labor-management disputes involving the extortion of property from employers by reason of authority conferred on investigators as Special Deputy United States Marshals. Supervisory jurisdiction over 18 U.S.C. § 1951 is exercised by the following offices with respect to the offenses noted:

1. Extortion under color of official right or extortion by a public official through misuse of his/her office is supervised by the Public Integrity Section, Criminal Division.

2. Extortion and robbery in labor-management disputes is supervised by the Labor-Management Unit of the Organized Crime and Racketeering Section, Criminal Division.

3. All other extortion and robbery offenses not involving public officials or labor-management disputes are supervised by the Terrorism and Violent Crimes

FREEPER ACTIVISM: We demand that the DOJ enforce the laws, and prosecute anyone who aids and abets illegal activities, including legislators who ignore rampant lawbreaking.

Organized actvity to "shut down all US ports, railways and airports" falls under RICO laws --- under sections that prohibit actions that threaten the US economy.

I also believe the Immigration Stabilization Act of 1993 addressed RICO laws against ALIEN SMUGGLING, that curtail organized, persistent smuggling of aliens into our country.

Sections 801 and 802 codify Executive Order No. 12,807, 57 Fed. Reg. 23,133, authorizing interdiction and repatriation of aliens seeking to enter the U.S. unlawfully by sea, the legality of which was affirmed by the U.S. Supreme Court on June 21, 1993, in Sale v. Haitian Centers Council, Inc.

Section 803 adds `alien smuggling' to the list of crimes subject to sanctions under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act.

Section 804 increases the penalties for alien smuggling under the United States Sentencing Guidelines.

Section 805 expands the categories of property that are forfeited when used to facilitate the smuggling or harboring of illegal aliens.

Section 806 provides federal wiretap authority to aid in the criminal investigation of alien smuggling and of fraud related to the misuse of visas, permits and other travel documents.

A "quid pro quo" Hobbs violation would be hard to prove legally. BUT, letting the public know it's going on is probably sufficient to at least partially put the brakes on such practices.

Hmmmmm.......I see that you are one savvy FReeper upon whom subtlety is not wasted.

Frankly, it's quite annoying that so many just don't get it.

Surf this site for more tools and initiatives to goad recalcitrant legislators into taking anti-illegal action, and doing it our way. For example:

Public employees on government payrolls (being paid with your taxes), and their co-conspirators, may have committed actionable offenses under Penal Law .135.60 COERCION IN THE SECOND DEGREE (a Class A misdemeanor). PENAL LAW 135.60 (Committed on or after September 1, 1967) is Coercion in the Second Degree.

When an individual uses or abuses his/her position as a public servant by performing some act within or related to his or her official duties, or by failing or refusing to perform an official duty, in such manner as to affect some person adversely. Perform any (other) act which would not in itself materially benefit the actor but which is alculated to harm another person materially with respect to his or her health, safety, business, calling, career, financial condition, reputation or personal relationships.

The term(s), ("crime"), ("public servant") used in this definition has its own special meaning in our law.

PUBLIC SERVANT means any public officer or employee of the state or of any political subdivision thereof or of any governmental instrumentality within the state, or any person exercising the functions of any such public officer or employee. The term public servant includes a person who has been elected or designated to become a public servant. CRIME means a misdemeanor or a felony.

Interestingly enough, even Hillary kind of "gets it" where Mexico's nearly
omnipotent oligarchs are concerned:

http://www.nydailynews.com/news/ideas_opinions/story/411104p-347791c.html

"[Mrs. Clinton] said she favors a "carrot-and-stick" approach with Mexico to
provide that government and its "oligarchs" the incentives to give Mexicans
more and better jobs in their own country."

Frankly, the more pressure we keep on Mexico, immigration-wise, the more
reformers inside of Mexico can be emboldened and empowered to scale back
monopolists' abuses down there which keep our own country flooded with
economic refugees. Here's an interesting thread on new legal reform progress
that finally
emerged in Mexico I think as a result of immigration reform's failure:

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1611677/posts

We can make a difference for our sake, and their's as well, by cracking down
and demanding more activism by our own United States Trade Representative
against protectionist Mexican oligarchs in, for example, the monopolistic
petroleum, telecommunications, electricity and television media sectors.
Isn't prodding our neighbor to finally clean up its own backyard before
lambasting us for ours the neighborly thing to do?

Liz, one could easily get the idea that you're fired up about this.

Good!  J

We need thousands and thousands more like you.

I'll proudly stand beside you.

Criminal Aliens OUT!!

To Hell with which party some Criminal Alien might vote for, either through voter fraud or because, God forbid, he becomes a US citizen through some shamnesty scheme. Above ALL, they should not be here in the first place.

This is our country we're talking about. What part of that don't the politicos in Wash DC not understand?

Our government is NOT doing it's job. It is NOT enforcing the rule of law.

I fear for our Republic.

Reminder to self, buy more ammo.

That would include most of the Dems. Question is; Who do we get to enforce it?

What a scam. And they was us, law abiding citizens, to faithfully turn in our tax returns and pay our taxes?
