If Mugabe had even half a brain, when he ran the white farmers out he would have turned over the farms to their black employees who would know how to farm. Instead he gave the land to his cronies who didn't have the slightest idea what to do.
Imagine Ted Kennedy instituting land reform and giving Iowa to some of his Nantucket drinking buddies.
