Never been there, and I'll make it a point never to as much as pass through this place. Must be filled with ACLU members and athiests.
From the sounds of the case, the feds drop the ball again. Most state judges aren't expert in immigration law, or deportation proceedings, of which take place in federal court. Not to say, that they, or in fact yourself couldn't step in, and perform that function. In fact, you might do a better job than a lawyer. Because, that's all most judges are...has been lawyers!
Also keep in mind, with todays court case loads, all judges, base their decisions on existing, settled case law, usually from state or federal appellate review, or from the SCOTUS. They have a myriad of thousands of canned decisions to choose from, to fit their liking. I have my own thoughts on these procedures, but, thats for another time.

Nifty! Canucks have a POLICY to hire Canadians FIRST, and now the Mexicans want to prohibit jobs to us gringos. Incredibly in THIS country, employers salivate / drool at the prospects of hiring both Mexicans and Canadians at lower wages than they would pay American workers. Bottom line here, the only one getting shafted in the big picture is the American Worker.

A group is suspected of selling hundreds of forged travel cards for a fraction of the face value. The fraud is estimated to have been worth hundreds of thousands of euros. A source told the media that the gang was made up of employees of Dutch airline KLM.
The fraud came to light on 20 April when a conductor of Dutch rail company NS caught a train passenger with one of the fake cards. The passenger and the middleman who sold the pass were arrested. Detectives then tracked down a second alleged middleman and a forger."
