Oh brother. Yeah, equal. That's why they're killed for being raped and the rapists go free. That's why they walk behind their husbands. That's why they cover their heads and bodies. I could go on but why?

"During the time of the prophet, women had a golden age," Nayan said, referring to the life of the Prophet Mohammed, who lived from the years 570-632 in the common calendar.
"The prophet was never threatened by a woman."
They knew better than to open their mouths.

When a woman covers her body, she is covering what is irrelevant for people to see.No, she is erasing her identity because, after all, men's honor and self-respect is entirely dependent on the supression of women's identity and sexuality.
Why don't Muslim men walk around covered from head to toe? Aren't their faces also "irrelevant"?

serving another person, like in the story of Romeo and Juliet The story of "Romeo and Juliet" that I am familiar with is about two teenagers who commit suicide. There is nothing in it about "serving another person."
If the Montagues and the Capulets were Muslims, Juliet would have her throat slit by Tybalt for walking out on the balcony without a veil.

"Muslim women and men share equality in the eyes of God"
---- ... and Islam is a Religion of Peace. Only a few isolated terrorists are distorting the true message of Islam.
Someone mistyped the date of this article by adding an "8" after "April 1".

Oh, bullsquat! As a white male, I get accused of sexism by every deranged feminist who comes along, while these Islamic gents with four wives and a taste for young boys get a pass. Hypocrisy reigns supreme!

Muslim women and men share equality in the eyes of God...
Islam teaches that "there is nothing worthy of having that central position
in our lives except for God...
"We dress this way as an act of devotion to God...,
Men and women are equal in the eyes of God, Mogahed said.
Hmmm...I guess Allah gets ditched when it's time to make nice with the infidels.
The unbelievers might get a hint that Allah AIN'T NUTHIN' like
the G-d of Judeo-Christian perspective.

"The prophet was never threatened by a woman." You mean to say, that they have decided 1400 years posthumously, that the 'insulting' (pregnant) female poet he ordered killed, wasn't a threat to him after all?
