When I heard about the rape accusations against members of the Duke University men's lacrosse team last weekend, something changed for me.

Lessons that should be learned by young guys everywhere:

1. Do not invite strippers, hookers, and other lowlifes into your residence or frat house
2. If you ignore #1, have multiple (preferably discrete) video cameras recording everything so that there can be no dispute about what really happened
3. If any bad accusation later occurs, make multiple copies of the recordings of what really happened BEFORE complying with any police demands for the tapes/disks. Better yet, involve a lawyer immediately. Even better yet, have a plan to upload the recordings to multiple friends on the Internet

OK, so it didn't happen. But all that matters for the left is that if COULD have happened. And since that is true, then the people who COULD have been guilty must be somehow to blame. She never would have made the accusations if she didn't think it COULD have happened. Clear? That's when they bring in Jesse and Al to spread around a bunch of manure to cover up the lies.

In every instance where I have been close enough to a story that received national news attention the press was wrong about the facts.

And our MSM wonders why they are losing readers/viewers?

But how do you explain the fact that so many will accept stories like this without even worrying about facts? The original story I read had no facts in it. Just accusations and innuendo. That was enough for many of us. Shame!

And you're going beyond any facts that I've ever seen established. How do you know she is a prostitute? And who ever alleged gang rape? How do you know these guys were upper middle class? Most were scholarship students.

Trying to refute assumptions with other baseless assumptions is not usually successful.

While this article is a crock, it's well past time for colleges and universities to get control of their athletes. How many times in the past year have you read about a "student" athlete accused of burglary, assault, rape, etc.?

Instead of the Moronic Myles Brand, president of the NCAA, concentrating on native American mascots, he should be working to force universities to clean up their athletic programs.

Let us assume, for the sake of argument, that this woman was raped by one or more team members. What makes this event particularly tragic? Women get raped every day. Many wind up dead. What in this episode is so traumatic for this "writer".

I have now read at least three curious columns similar to this one in which the authors profess head-scratching sympathy for some pig (a 27-year-old "student") who gets wasted and goes to a house full of strange men to strip and.... well, whatever.... The pig tells the cops a story and accuses a bunch of young men of rape, but the story doesn't check out. Yet along come these columnists jumping to the pig's side. What the....???

I could only scrunch my brow and shake my head in confusion and disbelief after reading each column, but I think I have now finally figured out what's going on: The simple scumbags who wrote these columns are liberal Democrats who simply hate white males because of their unconscious, knee-jerk assumption that white males - - ALL white males - - are Republicans and George Bush supporters. So when it comes down to a "he-said/she-said" between a black woman (Democrat) and a bunch of white males (Republicans), there is only one side a liberal Democrat can possibly take. The facts of the case are totally irrelevant.

Voila! Confusion solved.

I thought from the start that the whole team was getting a raw deal on this one. However the key is the Team as a unit. My gut reaction is something happened there that might have been criminal. I expert it involved just a few of the players. The email sent by one of the players after this occured was horrific. Even a joking email where it is joked about skinning and killing strippers in his dorm room makes me uneasy. This was no gang rape. But I am not about to make this girl the villian in it either kust because JJ is involved. Time will answer what went on.

It was just said on the Fox news that she is also a "Navy veteran".

Assuming she got a good discharge, the VA would be footing the bill for her education, making jesse's handout on that basis a falsehood, since the taxpayers are funding her education already. If she is NOT receiving VA educational benefits, well you finish the sentence....oh yeh, there's a whole gob of benefits available to an unwed mother of two, also funded by taxes......I wonder how much tax the govt actually will get of the $400 cash she walked with after 37 minutes or less with the lacrosse players and HOW MANY similar engagements with her other "clients" over what period of time?

This woman will never testify in court, IMO.....she does NOT want to answer tough questions!
