This isn't the agenda of most of even the most radical folks of La Raza & Company. In that most Mexicans and Central Americans identify with a Hispanic culture (as does La Raza and most of the other neo-Marxist Hispanic organizations), this little fringe group is really out in the wilderness, denouncing La Raza and other Hispanic-oriented organizations.
If we're going to get hysterical about someone, these aren't the folks about which to get hysterical.
Most of what these fanatics say is complete nonsense. One of the more comical lines is "we didn't cross the borders, the borders crossed us."
Throughout history, one of the consequences of losing wars is the loss of land and territory. The United States and Mexico fought a war. Mexico lost the war, so they lost what is now a large part of the US. They have absolutely no claim to it.

I suppose anything's possible, but in that this particular movement ultimately means 1) that all the "mexicas" must learn an ancient and otherwise dead language, giving up Spanish, 2) Mexicans will have to stop disliking Puerto Ricans, and Puerto Ricans will have to stop disliking Dominicans, and lighter-skinned Brazilians will have to stop disliking darker-skinned Brazilians, etc., and 3) all of them will have to entirely forsake that part of their culture that traces back to Spain, I doubt it.

You're touching on something that many neo-Marxists simply won't accept: cultures are not created equal. The 18th-century European Enlightment culture that spawned the U.S. is vastly superior to many (all?) others around the world and these cretins simply won't accept that.
