Newt use to. He use to be a master at de-spining the Junk Media. Now he parrots them like McCain does. Newt's toast. Republicans do NOT reward people who play kissy face with our foes. With the Republican base, very few things rank lower then "Journalists". They come in on the list some where above Child Molesters and Terrorirsts and below Lawyers and Telemarketers.
