Narrative: A Florida Amber Alert has just been issued for Allison Brake, who was last seen wearing a black Hooters T-shirt and brown suede like jogging pants. The child is believed to be in danger. Authorities say the child was likely abducted by Samsath Keo. He has gold plated upper and lower teeth and has a thin moustache with a goatee. He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt with blue jeans shorts. He is armed and dangerous.

It's been a while but I recall that a request to keep Amber Alerts in breaking for a few hours was honored due to the fact that by the time the info is collected and disseminated, the child and abductor could have crossed state lines.

Authorities said Brake was visiting a friend at 16th Street North when Keo arrived at the friend's house and forced his way inside. Brake hid from him in a closet, but Keo found her and dragged her outside by the hair.
Brake resisted and ran back inside the house, but Keo stopped her and again dragged her outside.
Keo placed Brake in a vehicle and drove her to his house at 3910 14th Avenue North, where he lives with other family members. The vehicle Keo was driving belonged to Keo's current girlfriend.
At the house, Keo produced a handgun and allegedly made threats toward Brake and toward some of his own family members. Keo then forced Brake to leave the house with him and they were last seen traveling eastbound from the house on foot.
Keo's family members observed injuries to Brake's face while she was at the house.
Police said there is sufficient reason to believe Brake is in danger, and some speculation Keo may have stolen or obtained another vehicle.
Keo's criminal history includes auto theft, burglary, grand theft and DUI, and he reportedly has spent time in prison in Minnesota for unspecified charges.
