Ironically, in today's mail, I received a keychain tag that says, "Don't believe the Liberal Media! - America supports our troops" www.fightmediabias.org

It's like someone was eaves dropping.

That crap goes on in the court rooms of America everyday.

Last week my son was in traffic court on a speeding violation and this appearance was after a continuance scheduled because the prosecutor questioned whether my son's record contained a seperate out-of-state DUI offense that he wanted confirmed.

Well, a month later and after another discussion with my son's counsel this idiot goes before the Judge and tells the Judge my son has an out-of-state DUI on his record and calls for a year in jail!

Son's counsel presents the driving abstract and proves there's NO DUI.

I think this lame --- prosecutor should be prosecuted.

I'm still fuming! [/rant]

The way to stop this is to create a "closed door" list for 30 days or more for each infraction with a public announcement... Revoke NYT press credentials for all federal offices and events.... Maybe the NYT WP CBS et al
could could hold weekly poker games instead of WH press conferences.

I like the idea of Scott mcClellen announcing all the retratctions but it should incude the reporters name who wrote along with the newspaper that printed it.

Wouldn't that be a hoot????

Its amazing that the ethical standards the drive by media currently has on itself are those that only stay within the boundaries of their own leftist agenda.

They claim to be proud of belonging to an industry that boasts objectivity while simultaneously voting Democrat in large numbers and supporting liberal issues.

If America was ever taken over completely by socialist and Marxists the mainstream media wouldn't have to change much because they could easily be considered some of the first settlers here.

When yellow journalism couldn't get any worse --- it has and keeps on doing so. The energizer bunny of the bonzo news.

Who was that man?

". . .where did he get that and where is the retraction?"

. . .probably listening to Imus or some other Lib talking head or just DU. . .getting all their party-line lies in a tangle>

. . .as for the retraction. . .don't even ask.

rather the daily press briefings should begin by citing the corrections made by so many newspapers and page they were placed.

A great idea. . .why didn't 'they' think of this. Perhaps now they will; but just in case; perhaps you should mail that one to the White House.

Not holding my breath for this clever and common-sense idea, however. . . :^)
