Is she getting an accounting degree to launder the money acumulated by her drugdealer boyfriends?
Perhaps the message is that all black NC colleges are hotspots for trouble and should be closed with the real students being absorbed by the system.
NC may have a D-O-G in the fight, but UGa has the only DAWG in any fight. They may sound the same, but true southerners know the difference.

I know, cheap shot, but I couldn't resist. Hey, I'm all for these guys, believe me. Hopefully, she'll be found as the guilty one.
From what we know, she arrived at the party already intoxicated. That is from statements of the defense who says they have pictures to prove it along with bruises she had when arriving.
As for the toxocology report. If she was given roofies or another drug it would indeed show up in a tox screen, however noone, even this overzealous DA is claiming anything showed up in her tox report. If she had been given something, the results of that report would be splashed all over the press.
Her medical reports indicate she had not had sexual intercourse prior to or during the party. There were also no traces found of consoms, foreign objects and no DNA or any of the accussed on her body, or in the bathroom where the supposed attack took place. Aside from 1 towel found, wtih sperm on it from one of the residence of the home (come on, this is a house shared by 20 somethings, sperm would not be hard to find) they have nothing.
Even her fingernails are a non-issue. She claims in her complaint to have scratched her attackers. Yet, scraping taken from her intact nails as well as the nails found at the scene showed nothing, nothing at all.
Those who want to believe she was raped will believe it regardless of what evidence comes out.
She could go on television, admit she made the report up and there are still those who wouldn't believe that.
This is not true. There would always be at least an "alcohol" smell, but not necessarily a "vodka" smell. I doubt that a lot of people know the relevant ATF definition for vodka made in the U.S., but this might be the source of the misunderstanding:
``Vodka'' is neutral spirits so distilled, or so treated after distillation with charcoal or other materials, as to be without distinctive character, aroma, taste, or color.
(So whenever you see a vodka ad extolling its "distinctive taste" or "hints of (whatever)", you know it isn't made in America.)

One thing you need to remember in a case like this is that it is much, much easier for an administrator to resolve a case like this if the guys are guilty.
When guys are guilty, the adminstrator can be balanced and understanding, spout trite phrases about sensitivity and awareness, call for patience and civility, etc. When guys are innocent, administrators have to choose the side of the accused or the accusor. That is intolerable on a modern campus.
When a college student is guilty, they punish the kid; he leaves in shame; groups meet; everything works out. When college students are innocent (really innocent!) it's an incredible pain in the ass for everybody. The feminists are embarrassed at their error and redouble their attacks on male-dominated society to help save face. The administration often sends the kid to sensitivity training anyway just to look like they are balanced. The kid leaves campus because nobody wants to hang around a place where pride and honor have been lost.
The bottom line is that Duke is going to be furious with these guys if they turn out to be innocent. The college will throw the book at them for the drinking and the rowdiness. The kids will go somewhere else, because that's what men do.
If the players (or some of them) turn out to have raped this woman it will be an enormous relief for everybody else.
One thing I'm pretty sure they will not do is to press charges of "falsely accusing someone of a felony"
So politically uncorrect! I am sure there would be an excuse that the girl was mentally incapacitated to make her still be a victim of (you fill in the blanks--maybe previous perceived racism, or abuse as a child. What would be much more satisfying is the disbarrment of the idiot prosecutor who pushes foreward to indict these guys without any evidence.
