Yeah, I was excited about Allen at first, but unfortunately, it turns out he's just another RINO. Yet another name to add to the list of candidates who would ultimately result in a backlash from the base. These RINO enablers on FR and elsewhere need to get that through their thick heads. We need a conservative, plain and simple. That's all we'll accept.

You are seriously in need of a clue. Here's one for you: The American Conservative Union rated Sen. Allen a perfect 100 for 2005 and included him in their list of the Senate's Best and Brightest. Only eleven other Senators managed that feat. His lifetime score is a very respectable 92. Contrast that with the 83 ACU gives McCain and the 37 score of Lincoln Chafee, a real RINO. Allen's a solid conservative, and you're misrepresentation of him here is beneath contempt.
