Oh, you're right, he HAS to come! We just have to meet the Curmudgeon! Maybe he'll dance the Salsa with us, too. Of course, he'll have to teach ME how to do it first! LOL!...Oh, and EGS...I want to meet the bosses, too! I don't want much!

Wow... Although not movies, I find myself watching the Firefly episodes over and over again. I just never tire of them. And of course, Serenity, the movie. I really don't know what it is about the show that I love so much, even more than the movie.
Other DVDs... "To Live and Die in LA" is awesome. "Brazil," which is what Orwell's 1984 would have looked like if done my Monty Python. "Hopscotch," with Walter Mathau. The Lord of the Rings extended edition movies. "The Usual Suspects," "Sin City," "Jackie Brown."
And then there's "Constantine" with Keaneu Reeves. Not what I'd call a great movie, but IHMO, the Devil steals the show. I think that it was genius having the devil played as a cajun! Seriously, listen to the way he talks! Awesom. The rest of the movie is OK, I guess... However, my guess is that it was Tilda Swinton's protrayal of Gabriel that won her the role of the White Witch in "The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe."
Mark
The list just goes on and on...

How're things..........?
Taxing.......
Just looking through my small collection of DVDs......the one's that pop out are "Sea Biscuit" and "The Black Stallion".
(I don't know what it is about horse flicks. When young, I had horses stand on my foot, come to a sudden stop throwing me over their head and staring down at me lovingly while I lay dazed.)

Been there, done that!
I had a crazy Appaloosa that was afraid of puddles if the sun or clouds were reflected in them...
He bucked me off and then sniffed my face with his big STOOPID nose..

The last DVD I watched was Fight Club. I'm not a Brad Pitt fan, but I thought he did a good job here. There were some violent and disturbing scenes, but I enjoyed the acting and darkly humorous script.

Well, in a few days the taxing will be over! And I'm sure there is no more snow, so things should be great!
I love those two movies, too. I read "The Black Stallion" when a kid and fell in love with the story.

Thanks for the original but SRV's version was much more sinister.
