The growth in the number of agents patrolling US borders has slowed in the 4½ years since the September 11 terrorist attacks and concerns over illegal immigration override fears of terrorist infiltration in the allocation of border resources, according to a new analysis

I'm not worried about Mexicans coming into the USA to work. They are good Christian people with good family values.

It's all the chaff that comes along with those folks that is the problem for most if not all of us.
We have a legal path for immigration (far be it from perfect) or is that a problem for you and those who seek to come here?
All we ask is that they follow that path like millions before did.

Thank you, Nic. Marine Inspector always has his facts straight and can also share his personal insights on so much.

More MSM propoganda for conservatives to swallow whole-heartedly while claiming they hate the media.
LOL. Many conservatives seem to the media's biggest fans.

It's obvious it's a losing battle trying to protect the border and the only one's who can protect America and Americans appear to be more concerned with votes. The only ones who can protect America and Americans are tied up protecting Koreans, Iraqis, Afghans, citizens in the Balkans and dozen other countries around the world while "our house" is being overrun with swarms of "looters"!!!

Thanks for the link. It doesn't change the fact that the BP grew faster under the Clinton Admin then the Bush Admin. I'm no Clinton fan, but the fact is, Bush is doing the least amount possible to secure the borders. Those of us that work the border know the reality of the situation. He gutted the Corps, I was there."Marine Inspector IS one of our front line troops on the Southern Border. He knows whereof he speaks. He works for the service you're talking about. GWB promised to beef up our border enforcement but has never delivered. We'd be in much better shape if he had. These men are under-manned, out-gunned and out-numbered. The sad truth is President Bush doesn't want the invasion stopped, or even slowed. Don't let your loyalty to the Republican Party blind you to the fact that Bush's loyalty is not to you and I, but to his Big Business buddies who want this cheap labor, and don't want their supply of Illegals interrupted.

Link please...is this the number of illegals apprehended?
Does it follow the decrease in illegals in 2001-2004?

We (American citizens/taxpayers/workers have been sold out - why don't more people realize that? Party over principle?
Many Americans are wishing that divorce laws applied to the presidency - we're ready to dump him.
