Been there....understand....'fun' to drink a beer and watch the show (Hay St. - FayettenNAM, NC - 1970's), but no need to get 'wrapped up'.....a similar thought occurred to me about the revenge scenerio in that maybe she was so drunk and rough looking when she showed up that she didn't get any decent tips and so she got mad.
Remember that her story is full of holes and the players (almost all of them) have the same congruent story of what happened. At this point, I am 98% convinced they are innocent of rape, maybe not of indignant racial slurs, but not guilty of rape.
This is ALL a scam. This woman stated she BROKE her nails off. I would presume she had also scratched some of the players. NO DNA and NO SKIN was found under the broken nails or under her remaining nails.
This woman needs to be put on trial NOW.
REM: I agree that the DA so far has no case (in public) and the woman's story is increasingly shaky.
No worries.
This ain't about WJC. He just used the legal system as a way to get away with murder.
These guys are guilty of being white males who arent afarid to do things men do, play rugby and drink beer. They are also guilty of being born in a time where being a white male borders on being either criminal or dumber than crap. White males are the butt of every stupid act in tv commercials, always the criminals on tv programsand the greatest problem in society today. It makes you wonder how we survive as a country. Screw these left wing facists.
OK Nifong, which 3? You are ruining 43 lives that by your own admission had nothing to do with it.
Either pick 3 and file charges or drop the whole thing.
That Yankee money has hired the best and most well known lawyers in Raleigh, including John Edward's best bud, Wade Smith.
That such a convoluted, non-commital, and evasive reply to the simplest yes-or-no question. I can't even imagine how saying "yes, I'm going forward" would generate some kind of potential "gotcha!" moment two months down the road.
She probably looked like one hundred miles of bad road.
Or 10 lbs. of ____ in a 5 lb. bag.
