DNA testing failed to connect any members of the Duke University lacrosse team to the alleged rape of a stripper, attorneys for the athletes said Monday.
Citing DNA test results delivered by the state crime lab to police and prosecutors a few hours earlier, the attorneys said the test results prove their clients did not sexually assault and beat a stripper hired to perform at a March 13 team party.
No charges have been filed in the case.

But then the claim would have been "No sex took place that I'm aware of".
That's NOT what they said, they said NO SEX WHATSOEVER.
To me, it strongly implies that in the time the whore was present, she was constantly in the sight of many of the team members, who could not have possibly NOT SEEN her being raped if it had actually happened.
Riiiiiiight, except that the DR. said there was no sex. She's a lying whore who caused irreparable damage to these boys.
I would highly doubt the defense atty would release a false DNA report. Not only would that blow any public support the atheletes have, it would lead to misconduct charges against him.
Here's the evidence we do know, no DNA match from her body, clothes or fingernails. No evidence of latex or lubribant from a condom and most importantly, according to NBC, the medical tests show she didn't even have sex.
No DNA, no evidence of sex = no rape, regardless of how much the press, the NAACP and male hating feminist groups claim otherwise.
Nor is it the testimony of the woman making the claim. According to her she was vaginally, orally and anally raped, strangled, beat and kicked. No mention of an object.
With the type of physical contact she's claiming DNA would have been found on her person or possessions.
And one more thing, the tests show she had not had sex at all.
Rape by object would show even more evidence of penetration than through rape with a penis.
"I agree with everything except excusing the email. That was over the line. Had it been aimed at you would you have passed it off as a movie quote?"

My understanding is that the e-mail was sent before any of this stuff hit the fan. It was unrelated to the rape charges. Instead, the movie quote was sent to express the disappointment...dismay...disgust--whatever--of the lacrosse team members who had pooled their money to hire the so-called exotic dancers, only to have those dancers take the money and run, before doing whatever it is that exotic dancers do. I don't condone the e-mail and I don't condone the team members' hiring the dancers in the first place, but if you check out the movie, it's kind of a camp movie among college kids. http://movies.aol.com/movie/main.adp?&mid=7318&uid=5532
That was one of the conditions of their scholarships??
I can't speak for what goes on at Duke, and I never had an athaletic scholarship, but when I played Lacrosse at an NCAA Div 3 school, it was made very clear to us that we were representatives of the school at all times, and we were to conducts ourselves as such. It was made clearer that if we were involved in anything the least bit unseemly, like a fight, we'd be off the team faster than we could say la....

Her husband sued this guy for her loss and won.
I'm not making light of this, but did I read this right? His own father sued him?

Are you suggesting that these students cooked up their own mystery condoms in the chem lab?
Such a shame, a criminal action. And a shame, too, for actual assault victims, those on campus who may be assaulted in the future, this kind of falsehood has so many ramifications...
Because they canceled the lacroose season for no reason.
The school expects alumni to support them, yet when there is an allegation of a crime they throw the students under the bus.
The minimum I would do if I where one of the players is transfer to a rival school and play for them.
I'm not sure how a DNA test would show that someone had not had sex at all. Can someone explain?
There is a significant difference you are ignoring. The next day, at the cop shop, the "immature drunks" will be sober.
Me thinks this "attacked stripper" has some 'splaining" to do and real fast.
If these were false charges, I hope they throw the book at her.
Wade Smith defended Jeffrey McDonald (of Fatal Vision fame) when McDonald was convicted. He was one of the defense attorneys. (For anybody who's interested...)""
Hasn't there been some recent evidence that says McDonald did not do it? His conviction always did bother me.
Based on my limited understanding...
If any sex at all takes place...there necessarily MUST be some DNA evidence (semen, hair, skin, etc), and in the case of a condom, there is lubricant, latex, etc.
It appears that there is ZERO trace evidence to indicate any sexual interaction.

Nifang apparently isn't bright enough to drop the case and minimize his loses.
Doesn't she watch Forensic Files on Court TV?
Heard a story from NY today where a NYU student (white male) was mugged and killed by a gang of black gangstas.
Hate crime authorities say this case does not meet the criteria because the black gangstas just happened to mug a white student. True story.
