Thank you Perdogg,
This absence of key evidence explains a lot things.
Why the girls stories were so faulty, why the Defense was so bold, and why Nifong decided to stop doing interviews and announced the DNA wasn't necessary (for prosecution) and he wasn't going to release the results when he did get them.

Saw this earlier Howlin, and you were right. The supposed victim has a some 'splainin' to do. I hope the penalty for screwing with people's lives the way she has, is very strong.

By hiring a stripper for a party, no matter what else happens, most of the players will be ineligible to play and will probably lose their scholarships.

This whole episode has been a fiasco brought to us by the politically correct. Evil white athletic rich boys are fair targets for the liberals, the NAACP and the black community, and the presstitutes. There should be some reverse lawsuits against the press, the university PC bendover administration, and anyone else that piled on for PC purposes.

Will they give the coach back his job and the kids their reputations?
A real rush to judgement!

It gets better...
http://www.nbc17.com/news/8602612/detail.html
"Attorneys Wade Smith and Joe Cheshire said the tests showed no DNA from any player was found on the woman, her clothes or her belongings. The medical results showed the woman hadn't even had sex, the attorneys said."
MEDICAL RESULTS SHOWED SHE HDAN'T EVEN HAD SEX
What a low life lying whore.

I'm sure that there's a morality clause in any scholarship language. Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't see how in this case.

" Nifong said earlier he was confident a crime occurred. He also has said he will have other evidence to make his case should the D-N-A analysis prove inconclusive or fail to match a member of the team. "
This guy get his ideas from John Kerry? There was a crime before there wasn't a crime? Even if the DNA found in/on her matches no one on the team, it doesn't matter, because a crime was committed (by someone on the team)??
Huh?

A real "rush to judgement"? Phooey! More like another case of the triumph of hope over experience.

Duke University's administration condemned and convicted those athletes before a single bit of evidence was presented. The Lacrosse coach was forced to resign. A player, who sent an e-mail prior to the charges being made by the so-called exotic dancer, that was obviously an almost verbatim quote from the movie, "American Psycho," was suspended from the university and his name was displayed in media across the country. Duke's administration, in an obvious effort to save its own collective hiney, quickly rendered blanket condemnations against the Duke students. Disgusting.
To: Perdogg
Well, it looks like the defense has met Nifong's legal standard of "guilty until proven innocent".

I hope they tested the fake fingernails since she stated she was fighting them off, there should be epidermal cells. This smells like Tawanda Brawley 2, where's Sharpton,Jesse and the NOI.I bet no charges are filed against her for lying and ruining these boys lives.
