By hiring a stripper for a party...most of the players... will probably lose their scholarships.

That was one of the conditions of their scholarships??

I'm sure that there's a morality clause in any scholarship language. Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't see how in this case.

I can't speak for what goes on at Duke, and I never had an athaletic scholarship, but when I played Lacrosse at an NCAA Div 3 school, it was made very clear to us that we were representatives of the school at all times, and we were to conducts ourselves as such. It was made clearer that if we were involved in anything the least bit unseemly,like a fight, we'd be off the team faster than we could say la....
